“I love cooking. It is something I’m very passionate about. Le Cordon Bleu is thus the answer to my career ambition. Its excellent teaching style and professional instructors have inspired me to pursue the career in this field more and more. Having heard about the new Le Cordon Bleu School in Asia, I then decided to come to study at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School in Thailand.”
Just to let you know that I have already received my Diplome de Cuisine, at last!!!
Thank you very much for your help. I am indeed very fortunate to have enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney and most especially very fortunate to have been introduced to Mr. & Mrs. Nicolas & Edelle Kontozis, who have made my student life in Sydney much easier.
Again, thank you and may you have more successful students to come.

“A Celebrity Chef in the making!”
Le Cordon Bleu Sydney graduate, Justin David recently appeared as guest chef on the “The Sweet Life”, a daily lifestyle TV show in the Philippines. The Sweet Life is the highest rating TV show in its channel QTV and is also seen by Filipinos abroad via its cable partners. The TV session was arranged by Le Cordon Bleu’s Manila agent, Aussie Pinoy. Justin did Le Cordon Bleu proud by not only demonstrating one of the dishes from the Le Cordon Bleu repertoire of recipes, but by also chatting to the hosts about his experience as an international student in Sydney, Australia.
