Living in Australia

Living in Australia

Australia’s standard of living is one of the highest in the world. It has a population of over 21 million people. At least 1 in 5 Australians are born overseas and people from over 190 countries now call Australia their home. Cultural diversity is an integral part of Australian national identity and is one of Australia’s greatest strengths. Living in Australia as a student promises a boundless range of experiences & friendships that will last a lifetime.

Students from around 200 countries converge in Australia, therefore fostering a truly international cultural and social experience in and out of the classroom. International students are welcome to explore Australia’s iconic tourist destinations during weekends or term breaks. Camping and bush walking are just some typical Australian activities that international students must experience.

Aussie Pinoy can arrange for Homestay accommodations in Sydney. Students will live with a Filipino-Australian family, enjoy home-cooked meals, and reside in a residential community near Sydney ’s CBD. Room rates will vary for single, double or triple sharing.
